Account information (name, email, phone), the manuscript and assets you submit, usage data from the platform, and marketing performance data for your published books.
To produce and publish your work, run and optimize your marketing, improve the platform, and generate the market intelligence that powers your recommendations.
Manuscripts are processed by Claude (Anthropic) for editorial work and by ElevenLabs for audiobook narration. These providers process your content to deliver the service and do not own it.
We use Supabase (data), Stripe (payments), PublishDrive and BookVault (distribution), ElevenLabs (audio), and Amazon (retail). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Manuscripts and assets are retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted.
Under GDPR and CCPA you may access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your data, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Contact privacy@authoros.com.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve recommendations across the platform. You can opt out in Settings without affecting your service.
We use cookies for authentication and core functionality, and optional cookies for analytics and marketing, which you control via the consent banner. We respect Do Not Track.
